She/he is responsible for in-house activities and local processes required to initiate, maintain and close out the early stage clinical trials managed by the department. Clinical Study Initiation: 1. Ensure administrative work of clinical trials: Create Study Files and other study information, booklets, job-aids etc. 2. Ensure follow-up for timely translation and validation process of study material (e.g. patient diaries, instructions, IC) 3. Provide investigators with templates for logs and lists to start the site evaluation and site validation (initiation and start of study information) 4. Ensure timely ordering of study materials from HQ. 5. Prepare and Collate study submission package for ERC and regulatory agency etc. 6. Ensure timeliness and follow-up of protocol initiation processes (e.g. IIN/Site No., ) Maintenance: 7. Organization and documentation of regular study meetings ( track and file study specific memo's and letters) 8. Forward SUSARs to IRB/ERC, agency and investigators, track and file them 9.
